BenCham Vice President Peter Pronk at China Business Week

During the week, the delegation visited Leeuwarden, Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Arnhem in four days. BenCham Beijing's interim GM Peter Pronk joined the delegation. The purpose of the Business Week is to connect with Dutch companies who are interested in China's growing global market and want to expand their business in China. The main focus throughout the sessions lied in the most promising sectors in China: Smart Cities, Life Science and Healthcare, Enviromental technology, China Market Entry, Innovation and High-technology.

In each of the cities, one-on-one talks were organised with local Dutch companies, a general update on the business climate in china was given, and roundtable sessions and workshops of 1 to 2 hours were provided to a group of around 30 Dutch Companies.

It was not only a great opportunity to connect with Dutch entrepreneurs and explain the benefits and services of BenCham, but also a great opportunity to raise interest for Dutch enterprises to make their step forward to the Chinese market.

BenCham, as the most active business platform in China and the only Chamber of Commerce that is officially recognised and supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in China,  provides the best network to facilitate members with high quality connections and shares knowledge and best parctices to help improve their business in China.
